A local pharmacy in Houston, Texas wanted to promote their unique features as compared to other Pharmacies in the area. Their primary goal was to drive new customer acquisition with this campaign.

Strategy

In order to drive new customers, we wanted to reach customers when they were searching for any of the services offered by our client. We chose a Google Ads Smart Campaign to achieve this goal.

We chose Google Ads because it is the best channel for a local pharmacy to show up on both Maps and Search, and utilize their Google My Business Listing to help jump above the competition in the area.

We chose a Smart Campaign because pharmacies that offer online scheduling suffer from campaign restrictions, whereas the Smart Campaign was easy to get approved. Pharmacies are also a good match for Smart Campaigns because they include all of the features we intended to utilize.

Results

While the campaign did experience a ramp up period where it was learning, we saw a massive increase in conversion events within the 3rd month of the campaign.

We saw a cost per lead of as low as $5.41 in month three. Down from $19.12 during the previous month. Our client experienced a measurable increase in new clients as they had not run ads in the past.

A financial services company was looking for nationwide exposure to potential newly self-employed or prospective small business owners. Their primary goal was to make contact with new leads, either through form fills or other forms of communication.

We brought them on a few weeks before their heavy season.

Strategy

Our client already had positive branding on social media, and the features of Facebook Lead Ads (incl Messenger Chats) perfectly aligned with their customer acquisition strategy. We therefore chose Facebook Lead ads and crafted creative and messaging that was cohesive with their brand and offer.

Results

Our new leads and messages were so high that it was difficult for our client to keep up. Total cost per lead during their heavy season was $1.49. At less than $2 per new lead or message, we beat our expectations by $3.50 per lead.
